Shore Excursion Scavenger Quests
Passengers can explore the shores, towns, and villages at destinations embarking on a quest to discover local history and find statues, monuments, plaques and other historical and interesting sites. Passengers use the Scavenger Quest app to find locations, solve riddles, decode puzzles, following clues from one fun location to the next. Quests often finish in the business or tourism district where they gain access to coupons and discounts to local business and restaurants as a reward for successfully competing the scavenger hunt. Cruise lines win because they can offer a wider variety of excursions to passengers at rates lower than most other excursions while passengers have fun, learn about the local region, and get discounts on local merchandise, food and drinks!
On ship Scavenger Quests
Cruse lines are always looking for additional activities to entertain passengers, especially children, while onboard. Sea days are especially challenging to keep people entertained. We can design a scavenger quest that passengers can play right on the ship where they discover areas of the ship, find clues, decode mysteries, solve riddles that lead them around the ship. You may even offer a free treat for those that complete the quest or have passengers end the quest in the shops to encourage purchases with discounts offered for completing the quest. For a limited time, these hunts can be offered free of charge to passengers.
