The story
A stateless, untraceable cyber-ops collective only known as Null Directive has quietly embedded itself within the global financial system, orchestrating digital chaos from the shadows. Their next move is imminent: a large-scale cyberattack that could paralyze the global banking infrastructure and undermine economic stability worldwide. Behind their operations lies a single, heavily guarded lifeline: a master cryptocurrency account used to fund their infrastructure, tools, and global web of operatives. Their target, Grand Cayman, where 130,000 corporations use the favorable tax laws to shelter over 15 Trillion dollars.
But someone from within has turned. Known only as “The Accountant,” a former financial architect for Null Directive, he vanished weeks ago after discovering the scope of the group’s plan. Before disappearing, he left behind a trail of encrypted clues pointing to the master decryption key; a series of numbers buried across Grand Cayman in the form of riddles, puzzles, and code fragments. The full decryption key is broken into parts, hidden in public monuments, historic markers, and encoded artifacts.
You are a top-tier agent of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). Your mission: follow the Accountant’s trail, recover each fragment of the decryption key, and access the crypto account before Null Directive can complete their attack. Once decrypted, the account can be seized, freezing the group’s Bitcoin and bringing their global campaign to a halt.
